The living room gas fireplace has been on for two hours... AND WATER IS POURING OUT OF OUR UPSTAIRS LIGHT FIXTURES! 🚿🔥 The plumber mounted the massive, $2,000 PEX water manifold DIRECTLY AGAINST THE 500-DEGREE FIREPLACE EXHAUST FLUE! 🛑 The intense heat has literally melted 20 individual pressurized plastic water lines into a bubbling, sticky spiderweb! 🫠 60 PSI of city water is currently destroying our brand-new framing and the drywall below. A catastrophic, brain-dead placement error. 💸🚨
