Meet the faces behind Premier Turf🤍

Macie is the voice you hear behind the phone, she is the daughter of Damon and Kelli and is the office manager for Premier Turf. She is the one scheduling you for quotes, getting materials ordered and sending out emails. The newest employee is Macie’s daughter Dylan. She may also be a voice you hear behind the phone!🩷

When Macie isn’t working, she spends time with her family and animals. She has a husband named Destin and two daughters. She lives in Alta Sierra with her family, dogs, guinea pigs and chickens. Macie also has a side business of boarding horses called Lazy L Ranch.

Brady is the face you will meet on the job site when it comes to getting your turf installed and your yards looking beautiful. Brady is the son of Damon and Kelli and runs our turf crew making sure that every job ends up looking amazing and completed to the highest standards.

When Brady isn’t working he spends his time with his family. He has a wife named Kailee and six amazing kids! They live on 10 acres where they have chickens, pigs, cows, goats and sheep and probably every other animal roaming around.

Starting with the owners of Premier Turf, Damon and Kelli Lazalier:

Damon and Kelli have been married 28 years and have 4 kids and 10 grandbabies. When they aren’t working you will see them spending their time with family on their beautiful 10 acres in Grass Valley.

Damon has been in the turf business for over 20 years and can answer any and all of your turf questions you may have. He is a professional and a perfectionist when it comes to every job and will make sure to leave you with a smile.
