On today's episode of Ozarked! A customer of mine recently had us put a new deck on his entire dock. We did just that and it was beautiful. I have a new phone so I don't have the pictures of it finished, I will try to get them back. This is roughly 4 or 5 months later and the current condition of the dock. A man "I have the name" told my customer he can paint his dock black with rust oleum paint to give it a fresher look with the new wood. Well... He has completely ripped up this beautiful new deck, left all of his tools, left over spray all over both boats, taken an excessive amount of money from my customer and never returned! Please be careful who you choose to let work on your dock! Or anything you own here at the Lake of the Ozarks.
Luckily we're here to take care of this matter for our wonderful customer. It truly breaks my heart that people are really out here doing this to others and think it's okay. We are a community that's supposed to take care of each other, not advantage of each other.

We had the pleasure of cutting a pocket into this natural stone seawall for a very wonderful customer. Prior to the pocket, the ramp sat almost a whole foot in the air on top of the seawall. That also allowed the entire dock to sway and "walk" down the seawall. Customer also wanted another 2x2x3ft anchoring point behind the seawall for a new cable. Been a while since we have posted on facebook as we've been busy this summer! Knocked this 50ft ramp replacement out of the park recently. Also gave the customers a beautiful 6x6 locker, new cables, as well as a new wetstep ladder and dive platform! If you're in need of quality dock work and welding give us a call! Always check your ramp bolts! The connecting point where the ramp and dock meet is always taking a beating and under pressure. Bolts wear down and break, the holes the bolts go through also get worn out. We have a solution for both issues! Give us a call for your dock repair/fabrication needs!

This customer was left hanging! Literally! They bought the dock this past year and had the company who moved it install it. Well they left the ramps on a floating pier and installed it on top of the seawall. The lake receeded as usual and left the ramp sticking 2 feet above the seawall, as well as causing the dock to come in towards shore. Luckily we had the solution to this issue! One solid steel "H" pier installed and the ramp securely mounted to the sea wall made the world of a difference! Give us a call for all your dock repair /fabrication needs!
