Removing the stairwell walls to the basement allowed us to create a truly unique raised ceiling detail and an unobstructed view from the front entry of this home to the beautiful lake in their backyard. Authentic reclaimed barn beams, painted ship lap, and black iron balusters provide a one-of-a-kind, upscale lake house atmosphere for the newly opened floor plan. Custom cabinetry, Italian appliances, quartz countertops, handmade backsplash tile, and rustic/industrial plumbing & light fixtures are the perfect finishing touches. The beautiful stone fireplace with barn beam mantle and flanking window seats was designed to provide warmth and coziness to the living space, giving the homeowners the perfect place to relax and unwind as they enjoy the view of the lake from their patio doors.

Luxury and sophistication abound in this newly remodeled master bath. Gorgeous 'his' and 'her' custom inset vanities are surrounded by pristine white quartzite floor tile and countertops. The modern freestanding bathtub with ship lap paneling behind it and spacious walk-in shower appointed with an ornate mosaic tile accent wall and frameless glass enclosure provide a spa-like feel. Crisp polished chrome faucetry and hardware are the perfect finishing touches for this one-of-a-kind retreat.

Our client desired a refreshing spa-like retreat with vintage farmhouse flair for their recent Master Bath remodel. Classic white porcelain subway tiled walls and hexagonal mosaic tiled floors create the ideal backdrop for this look. The freestanding claw foot tub, exposed pipe shower fixtures, and natural wood vanity are the perfect finishing touches. As shown in the before and after photos, by removing a couple walls, the existing dark, tight space was transformed into a bright and spacious environment.

We had the pleasure of designing and providing the custom cabinetry throughout this beautiful new home in St. Charles (home built by Michael Vincent Custom Homes, LLC). Traditional elegance meets rustic flair with the mixture of crisp white painted inset cabinetry and trim with warm stained cabinetry accents, ceiling beams and flooring, perfectly suiting the family's personalities and lifestyles.

A newly completed double bathroom remodel. The second floor hall bath and master bath project were just finished up in early 2018. Both bathrooms were updated with custom cabinetry, new lighting, and all new fixtures throughout. Plus, the white marble counter tops and tile finish off the space with a fresh new look. In addition to the bathrooms all the hardwood flooring on the first floor, the stairs, and the second floor hallway were refinished. We also added wainscoting to the dining room and added some custom cabinetry to the eat in kitchen area.

Fully upgraded master bath completed in 2017. Stand up shower, spa tub, and custom made double vanity. Complete with new lighting and stained crown molding to match the new cabinetry.
