Hey everyone… Happy Labor Day, we celebrated yesterday with all the family (minus Amber, Wes and Teresa)and my bestie for a farewell to the pool days of summer…with hot dogs and all the trimmings and we had to have our summertime favorite strawberry cake and also a welcoming to fall favorite a pumpkin cake… We all had a great time and what a way to wrap up our summer… with the ones near and dear to our hearts♥️ I only took one picture all day and I will share it… (The Felty’s party of five) I also wanted to share a simple little stir fry we had day before yesterday… I used skinless and boneless chicken thighs, onions, bok choy, snow pea pods and fresh mushrooms… a simple sauce made of chicken broth, oyster sauce, fish sauce,  hoisin sauce, brown sugar, corn starch and topped with roasted sesame seeds… so good with the perfect balance♥️until next time…

A very good dish… I would suggest you give this one a try! Below I am listing all 5 dinners in the order that I have rated them, of course this is just my own opinion. Let me know know if you try any of them…

Very tender meat and a wonderful gravy…this is definitely a must try!
