Here was our last bigger project with Montana Renovations and Contracting LLC.
The first handful of photos are before and after photos and then it's just a large portion of the floor removal/replacement, this was an incredible transformation to this home. We went in with only a few things to do, and by the time we had gotten started, the list grew!
Went from a very congested part of the home, to a whole new home!!
We opened up three walkways, replaced all the trim for every walkway, along with the baseboard trim and the pre-existing doors trim.
Added some white oak french doors and started a new LVP flooring system that continues up the new custom built stairs and on into the second level of this home.
There was a lot of trim that was crafted by us to match other parts of this 100+yr home, there were so many unforeseen issues we tackled with this one.
But we're sure glad to have been a part of it.
They'll be painting next and replacing the man doors to accommodate the new style soon! Can't wait to see what else they want done!

An overnight job we pulled a while back for our friends at the Black Eagle County Club.
Removed the little half wall.
Put some texture on another wall along with 1/4 inch weathered zinc corrugated tin for a wainscoting. Did the same for the front entrance of the building..
The owners painted and helped remove all trash and moved all the machines for us.

A little bathroom remodel with Montana Renovations and Contracting LLC.
All new flooring, relocated the toilet, relocated exhaust fan, got rid of the old stand-up shower and installed a new custom tile shower for these people.
