Yellow raspberries- the fresh eating jewel! These outperform all of my other berries (red raspberries, black raspberries, blueberries, honeyberries, and blackberries) in flavor for fresh eating and freezing. I rarely get to make anything out of them, as they're devoured at the bushes by the entire family. These beauties will be available as plants spring 2025, and limited stand sales next summer. Growth takes time!

Some days we garden, some days, we bake! Sourdough is a favorite here, and I'm working on developing an all-sourdough bagel! I hope to be able to offer them at the Cheat Lake Market this spring, along with plants and produce.
