Every year, the Greeley Morning Garden Club uses proceeds from the annual Garden Tour (June 20th this year!) to provide a $2,000 scholarship/grant to a graduating area senior!

The award is given to a graduate who is seeking a career in gardening, landscape design, environmental issues, floral design, conservation or horticulture.

We're happy to share that this year's winner is Leon de la Fuente!

Today, we remember.

These flowers were grown and prepared with care for this morning's Memorial Day observance at Linn Grove Cemetery.

As members of the Greeley Morning Garden Club, it is an honor to help create beautiful spaces where our community can gather, reflect, and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

⭐ As Memorial Day weekend approaches, we reflect on one of the Greeley Morning Garden Club’s most meaningful community projects, helping care for the gardens at Linn Grove Cemetery. ⭐

It is an honor to maintain these beautiful spaces of remembrance each year. From planting the Memorial Star at Soldier’s Field in red, white, and blue annuals to tending the Ossuary gardens, the Circle Garden, the Triangle, and the Blue and Gold Star Memorial Markers, each space is cared for with pride and gratitude.

We also help maintain Mary’s Garden, the perennial beds, and the urns surrounding the memorial grounds. These are quiet reminders of service, sacrifice, and community. These gardens are our way to honor those who gave everything for our freedom.

We look forward to seeing you on Monday, May 25th at Linn Grove Cemetery for the Memorial Day services as we remember and reflect together. 🇺🇸
