2021 deck with 15 footings, 2 tone Trex decking (accent color was 3/16” thinner and required shimming to maintain consistent height), sunken hot tub with removable bench seating, custom stainless steel cable railings, Trex cocktail rail top rail with inset square aluminum support and LED lighting underneath, “floating” seating with LED illumination, 2000 watt sound system with custom marine grade subwoofer, stair front LED lights, custom outdoor kitchen area with repurposed grill converted to natural gas and fed from house, granite countertop, stainless steel drawers and stone veneer.

Creating doorway between two adjoining condo units. Load bearing wall on 2nd floor (2 more floors above). Painstaking procedure and engineering was required.

One kitchen project wrapped up, another just starting.

Finished kitchen got repainted cabinets, new doors, drawers, and hardware. Also removed / rebuilt the peninsula portion. Installed white subway tile backsplash and stove hood. New white outlets and switches, under-cabinet lights and over sink light.

Recent duplex project. Downstairs had been tenant occupied 20 years and had seen little to no upkeep and maintenance. Downstairs got new windows, plaster, paint, fixtures, refinished hardwood floors, and a completely redone kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs was a light refresh. Paint, new vinyl flooring, new kitchen cabinet hardware, etc. The owner wanted to get things fixed up to sell. The property had an accepted full price offer within 12 hours!

Garage framed, sided, etc.
Kitchenette and trim installed, fireplace and brick removed.
LVT flooring install.
