📣Thank you to The Bahr’s for asking me to do their new home backsplash project!
The only challenge in this was working around a center accent tile and it all lining up.
This project happened after my full time gig and on one Saturday. Would have taken only 2 days, but took 3 after work shifts and one full day. Turned out great and happy customers!!

Saturday was able to finish up this flooring job!
Client did the flooring demo, carpet removal, and I completed the installation.
Additionally, removed the door, jamb, & stud to clean up the wall at the basement landing!
Job consisted of flood cut with new drywall, doorway drywall patch, new stair treads, flooring, transitions, and baseboards, and quarter round! Before pics added at the end. This project turned out great!!

After finishing work and hauling all my tools home, I got cleaned up and headed to a wedding with my dear husband ❤️😎

A few weeks ago I was asked to lay some tile for my cousins. They were adding a pellet stove and wanted to have a nice foundation that mimicked their other tile work done by me. So one day I went and laid it the second day went and grouted cousins are adding in a piece of quarter round just to finish up the front edging, but check it out, the finished product looks very nice.

Thanksgiving is my all time favorite holiday. I love gathering with family to simply share in the joy of each other, our relationship, focusing on my appreciation for each at the table, and those who have gone before me, with no expectation of gift giving. Just great food and family.

This renovation is my favorite!
I could list all the things I completed for the end result, but I think the pictures speak for themselves!
My husband laughs when people ask about the basement he says, no she did it all, my only contribution was the TV’s and gaming stuff😂🤣😂 my IT man!

I was going to post the final pics today! Such a drastic improvement! Unfortunately the bathroom art came and I received the wrong size. So I will wait to reveal until all pieces are in place! At this point I might as well wait… it’s killing me!

So close to posting the basement reveal!! Ahh! This space is so amazing and frankly I can’t believe how perfect it all turned out!

Day of vacation from job job. Here’s what I did!
Got my nails done! (Thanks Lily❤️)
Home Depot run because my sassy corgi puppy chewed on my cabinets… (Thanks, Romeo)
Put up more ceiling tiles in the basement, (photo of area that’s been done saving the big picture for a finale reveal) installed bathroom faucet & mirror, and now I’m making dinner. Cajun Chicken Pasta for the win!
Basement reno is in the home stretch!

Not gonna lie, some days I feel like Wonder Woman!
