Well well well another Christmas He's coming gone I was sick all Christmas I didn't even leave the house it's cold here got a week vacation and now I'm going to throw some deals out there anybody needs any plumbing work done give me a call I install toilets sinks hot water heaters as well as sewer and drain cleaning service if you need your drains unclogged you know who to call we're right around the corner from wherever you're at I'll come and make your drains Flow again just remember please wipes baby wipes or the worst thing you can put down your toilet they say they're flushable they're not they hang up on anything that's not smooth and then pipes and cause clogs in another good piece of advice liquid plumber is it doesn't it doesn't do any good whatsoever All it doesn't make you pipe brittle and then you got to have your pipe replaced old cast iron pipes if you got old cast iron pipes in your house superior plumbing or the people to call for that they do pipeline there's no more busting up the floors in your house You have to move out the house to get new pipes they shoot it right through the existing pipe it kicks off it's fiberglass when it kicks off it kicks off with a 50-year guarantee You won't have to mess with your plumbers for the rest of your life than that is nice can't see that you won't have a clog or two because that's normal but they do a really good job and they have financing too they will help you get your pipes lined if you need and you can kick back and enjoy yourself and not have to worry about your plumbing I'm running a couple of specials I've got one toilets brand new installed $350 hot water heaters now that's with the toilet too with a that's a brand new toilet install for 350 hot water heaters brand new hot water heater installed $875 I do Lowe's on the side anytime My number is 904-522-7674 Call me anytime I can replace kitchen sinks faucets garbage disposal all in a fair reasonable price I don't have any overhead I run the sewer business out of my home so I don't have any overhead I don't have rent and all that so I can afford to give people a break A main line sewer stoppage they have to come out to your house and get on the roof and run the snake all the way through your house it's $850 I have a flat rate sinks tubs showers kitchen sinks is a $250 flat rate whether I'm there 30 minutes or 5 hours it's a flat rate I don't charge for house calls none of that it's a flat rate main line sewer stoppages 550 and I'm also a plumber I work for one of the up-and-coming companies in Jacksonville located on St Johns bluff road Superior Plumbing great bunch of guys they do the job right the first time so you don't have to fool with it again at a reasonable rate My son started that company out of the back of a pickup truck 10 years ago and he has got a great bunch of guys working for him they're all very professional they do the job right the first time and they do it for what they quote they don't add on unless it's something major that they can't help if if it's something that's like that then they have to they have to add on but they are fair I'm very proud of my son he is just like my father very kind He's got 27 people working for him He's taking care of he likes to help people to help themselves and he really likes finding young men that want to learn a trade and he's teaching them something they can do for the rest of their lives and make good money so if you need a fair price and someone to show up on time and do a quality job give us a call 904-522-7674
