Good afternoon, we are pleased to show how the work is coming along with the mold remediation job by fantastic caverns area. As shown there was extensive black mold growing in this home behind the plaster. All mold has been removed and the rebuild which includes a custom tile shower has begun. More photos to come as we navigate through this project.

Sorry, this is a late post, we here at K and C Construction Specialists ended up jacking up Paul and Teri Bryer's front porch to take care of rain run off. The biggest thing I have seen and heard up here is it's good enough. That phrase is not a part of my vocabulary. It has to be done right the first time so this does not happen. We ended up raising this porch almost 6 inches in places to make it level. I am glad we were able to correct this mistake before the home owners had major structural damages!
