A friendly family hired us to come in and restore these 50 year old floors with a coat of Duraseal stain and 2 coats of oil based polyurethane.
There were 3 area's where we had to dovetail new oak into the old.
One of the best features of these old oak floors is that they are timeless, this same flooring that was used a hundred years ago is still popular today.

We had the wonderful privilege of installing, sanding and finishing this floor for a great family!
The flooring is a #2 2-1/4" red oak and was finished with a Duraseal nutmeg stain and two coats of an oil based polyurethane.
There is great pricing on raw wood flooring right now, give us a call and set up a free estimate.

Install complete, start the sand and finish tomorrow.
