🏗️ Double Structure Restoration: Pole Barn & Woodshed Repair
​When a property has multiple outbuildings suffering from years of weather and hidden damage, handling them both at once takes the right planning and structural expertise. We recently wrapped up a simultaneous dual-restoration project right here in Greene County.
​Both the property's large pole barn and the detached woodshed had taken a heavy beating over the years—including a massive, active termite infestation that had severely compromised the wood framing.

​The Pole Barn: We tore off and replaced half of the metal roofing, cut out and replaced multiple rotted support beams and furring strips, and completely squared up the sagging roof profile.

10:00 AM: "I can totally do this myself. It’s just a simple project. I will not hire someone to do what I can do myself." (Children in background screaming "Bruh! I'm bored! I want to go swimming!")
11:30 AM: First trip to the hardware store because you don't have that specific wrench. (Your toddler is grabbing everything within reach and a 10-minute run into the store turns into 33.5 minutes-- also, there's a McDonald's on the way home and your pre-teen HAS TO HAVE A BOBA TEA)
1:15 PM: Second trip to the hardware store because the part you bought was 1/16th of an inch too small. (You've just parked at the hardware store and notice your toddler has fallen asleep. Rather than waking her, you sit in the parking lot for 43 minutes until she wakes up so you do not disrupt the much needed, mood regulating nap)
