Before and afters of a beam and jacks in a crawlspace I moved. Idk who did this but it was not done correctly at all. Hurricane screws attempting to hold the jack plates to the beam, and the beam was completely to one side of the addition, instead of centered to the space. But it's good to go and even made it to where doors latch closed like they should. Before and afters of a quick patch job on the chinking on a log cabin.I got called out to see what I could do to keep the birds and squirrels from driving the people crazy getting in the house.I cut a piece of pvc trim, traced it over the existing piece, then cut that out for a nice fit, nailed it into place, then siliconed around the area.
