Every builder has a story like this…

A few years ago, a builder priced the same project three different times.
Each round, the drawings changed.
Each round, the architect added more.
Each round, everyone said the same dangerous phrase:
“We’ll figure it out.”

By the fourth version, the budget was almost $2,000,000 over the client’s target.
Nothing was aligned.
Everyone was frustrated.
The relationship was strained before construction even started.

And in the end?
The builder was fired. Another contractor took over.
Total chaos — all because the planning phase was skipped.

This is exactly why we don’t operate that way at Persson Construction.
