Had a customer contact us about wanting to demolish/remove a single wide trailer at smith mountain lake. He also wanted to build a tiny home in its place (16x32, not real tiny lol!!)

This is the progress thus far. Will post more pictures soon.

It is an amazing transformation. Two story. Two full baths. Fully plumbed and wired now. Insulation, Sheetrock, flooring then cabinetry and this retirement home will be complete for our customer. I love giving him updates as it brings him joy. That’s why we do what we do. To bring joy and solace to people.

Customer had rotting wood on the front of the carport. So we replaced it with vinyl and replaced a structural beam and added backing. Now it matches the front of the house!
