While AI renders are an amazing addition to the workflow, there are times when manual renderings are still very relevant. Setting up a model such as this in the manual rendering platform allows the ability to go back and alter items in the models such as windows, cabinets and ceilings to be able to compare and contrast side by side. While AI is great at what it can do, there are still tendencies to "alter" things you don't want altered and pure models do still need to exist in certain cases. This is one of those situations as the model is prepared for the next steps.

Delving into new waters. Pure contemporary with stair and elevator on the right. Still detailing the main floor and trim but wanted to see what the concept was looking like in model form as I brought up the floor plan. Not something I normally do but wanted to see how this was shaping out.

And yes, the idea and concept of this house will have a full rooftop deck. This is for a client so I'm working off their direction.
