Roman tub whirlpool bath faucets were rusty and corroded due to this pretty bad leak we identified. Top Notch handy Man LLC ✅ was able to replace it with a new one. We had to do surgical work around this tile but we gotter done 🫡

Older homes 🏠 typically still have these kind of drainage pipes system. These are NO GOOD 🙅🏽‍♂️ they get corrosion over time and eventually cause a leak ‼️ I recommend you replace your cast iron pipes to PVC to avoid damage 🫡

FOUND THE LEAK‼️a lot of these much older houses have these kind of drain pipes…. These are NO BUENO 🙅🏽‍♂️they rot and eventually go bad over time and causes a leak. In this case it will all be replaced with PVC.
