One year ago, we started CLR Homes! A year full of big projects, small projects and everything in between. A year that’s taken us everywhere from Greensboro, to Winston-Salem, to Thomasville, to Raleigh, to Durham, and even Asheville! A year of meeting so many new people, learning so many new things, creating, destroying, rebuilding. A year of building more than just structures but also building trust, relationships, and a foundation for the future. It hasn’t been without its challenges, but it’s been so full of pride, passion and grit.

Thank you to our clients, partners, and our team for making this year a solid one. And a special thank you to our family and friends who have vouched for us. Thank you all for helping us build our dream, one project at a time!

Meet Ariadne Buttone, also known as Ari, A or Cheez. But at CLR Homes, she’s our designer! Ari has grown up around construction thanks to her father. She designed her first house as a teenager and has been involved in remodeling ever since. In addition to her design expertise, she manages CLR’s social media presence, showcasing our work and connecting with clients.

Ari’s primary and most cherished role is being a mother to her 3 sons! She loves spending time with family and friends. She loves to travel, try new things and anything that allows her to be creative!

Meet Wagner Nogueira, our lead contractor and estimator! Wagner has been in the construction industry for over 30 years, with experience spanning from owning framing companies to cabinet-making businesses, to building decks and sheds, to new builds, remodels and renovations! Wagner knows construction from concept to creation!

Wagner relocated to North Carolina from New Jersey to be closer to his 3 grandsons. He is very passionate about soccer and if he’s not building something, you can find him on his grill cooking up something amazing.

Bernard loves traveling with his wife and kids. He has a deep passion for sports, whether its playing, watching or cheering on his 3 sons. Beyond work and sports, he values giving back to the community and frequently volunteers to support local initiatives.
