First off, a huge thank you to everyone who applied for our Driller Helper position. We’ve been blown away by the talent in our community. Our hiring manager is working their way through the applicants and will be calling those who applied to set up an interview as soon as possible! Please be patient - there are a lot of applicants.

What does a Water Operator actually do? Think of them as the guardians of our community’s health. They don't just "fix pipes"—they manage the complex systems that ensure when you turn on the tap, the water is safe, and when you flush the toilet, the environment stays protected. It’s a mix of:

Science & Tech: Monitoring water quality and running lab tests.

Mechanical Work: Maintaining pumps, motors, and treatment equipment.

Problem Solving: Keeping the system running 24/7.
