"Work Har We both admit to being somewhat workaholics.

Together, for over 10 years, we have adapted a "Work hard, Play Hard" lifestyle. We enjoy being busy, but we have also learned that we need to occasionally hit the "off switch". We share a love to travel, see new places, and experience new cultures. Family and friends are so important to us. We love to both visit and have visitors. Mike has been in the construction business for more than 30 years.

Living in Indiana, he was the owner and General Contractor of a successful building company focusing on both remodeling and new construction. Cheryl had plenty of exposure to renovations growing up, as her family moved around and "fixed up" each new place. Both of us, through our life experiences, have developed a love of houses, and vision to look for a diamond in the rough. We both enjoy the challenge of something that looks hopeless, and creating something far beyond what many would consider probable. We lived in Key West and our hearts will always call that home, but we have found a love for Greenville, SC, specifically the West End of Greenville that has been revitalized over the last several years. We absolutely love this area and have dedicate the last several years to finding beautiful structures and restoring them to their natural beauty! We cannot wait for you to see our work!
