Meet Stephen Klimas — Architect of Record at COR3.

With more than 30 years of experience across industrial, mixed-use, retail, hospitality, and large-scale development projects, Stephen brings valuable expertise and leadership to the COR3 team every day.

Throughout his career, Stephen has contributed to notable projects ranging from major redevelopment initiatives to the planning and design of Camp Strake, a 2,800-acre scout camp designed to positively impact future generations of youth.

His thoughtful, relationship-driven approach continues to strengthen the work we do for our clients and partners.
