Sending a previously poorly repaired bowl to Bucyrus Copper Kettle Works, LTD. to let the masters do their thing! My “new forklift” gets a nice workout while packing the pallet.

Before and after shots of a bronze cam. Resurfacing helps smooth out the tuning and pedal movement. The crushed cam is a symptom of frame flexing, usually caused by the tuning handle being stuck in position on the rocker arm. (No clue what I’m talking about? I’ll post a video later…)

These are a stainless steel version and will be polished to a chrome-like finish before being installed on a rebuild currently in progress.
