I want to tell you a secret- you can have great looking curtains even if you don't have a fortune for custom made draperies and expensive fabric.
I noticed that many people don't know that my curtains alteration fees are very affordable ( almost like a coffee in coffechop). Ready made ( store) curtains not always have a length you wish for your windows. Buy them longer, mark the length you want ( I recommend 1/4"- 1/8"from the floor and I can shorten them for you with a nice bottom hem and I will add corner weights if necessary.
I do extra work for your curtains - I do size them on my big professional table and iron them before I cut and hem. Do you know 90% of redy made curtains have uneven length? it's true, I do check every one panel I fix.
Also you can have the top done as pinch pleated and hang them on rings for more formal look and ease way to close and open the window. This extra step is not expensive either.
Now you know - gorgeous looking window treatments are possible to get for everyone and the hundreds of dollars look you deserve to have is affordable to you too.
