Dear PEL Disposal Family,
As the situation with COVID–19 is extremely dynamic, we will continue to make proactive decisions that are grounded in care for our customers and employees, based in transparency and science, while also doing our part to help stop the spread of the virus.
Over the last week, as more communities, including the federal government, have called for increased social distancing to help contain the virus, we are evaluating how we conduct business on a day-to-day basis. We want to make sure we play a constructive role by taking responsible actions, guided by the CDC and other experts, to continue to do what's right for our customers and partners.
Our priority is the health and well-being of our customers, our employees and their families. With that said, we have instructed anyone not feeling well and/or showing symptoms to stay home and seek medical attention if necessary. All equipment is cleaned on a daily basis, and our staff have been issued the requisite hygienic supplies to ensure the continued safety of everyone around them. Our staff have also been instructed not to interact with any customer directly. If you have any questions or concerns regarding continued operations, please reach out to me directly.
These are truly uncharted times. We understand the increased financial burden this developing situation places on our customers and recognize that there may be uncertainty around future income over the coming weeks and months. If you have concerns about any financial obligations related to our services, please call me directly and we will figure out a way forward together. Our customers are more than just a number to us - they're family.
