We specialize in everything from small home improvement projects to complete whole-house renovations. This is not a position for someone who needs constant supervision. We are looking for a motivated team member who can think independently, solve problems, and take pride in producing quality work.
Position Overview
We need a well-rounded individual who is comfortable performing a variety of residential construction tasks. In other words, a "Jack of All Trades" who understands that no one knows everything, but is willing to learn, adapt, and contribute wherever needed.
Responsibilities
Residential remodeling and renovation work
Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
Framing, drywall, and finish carpentry
Flooring installation
Window and door installation
Deck and porch construction
Painting and trim work
General repairs and maintenance
Job site cleanup and organization
Working directly with homeowners in a professional manner
Qualifications
Experience in residential construction or remodeling preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Dependable and punctual
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Willingness and ability to travel to job sites throughout Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio
