Once the Design Plan is in place, we research, engineer and develop the constru
ction documents. We will stay in close communication with you as we advance all elements of the design. This is a key phase for creating unique details as we develop a landscape that suits you as well as the site. ORCHESTRATE
When the construction drawings and specifications are complete, we help you select your contractors. As construction starts we provide the orchestration – supervision and administration of the construction documents and site work. We represent you, and will make sure the goals of the project are met and the design is fully realized by the materials, fabrication, and workmanship of the contractors.
