I have been getting a lot of questions about our house going on the market. We estimate it will be available in just a few weeks (there's a few more things to be done) but no date set yet. The OLD listing with the OLD photos showing NONE of the renovations we have done such as the new kitchen, new HVAC, new septic, new siding, gutters, paint (the house is now blue), real wood stove instead of a gas "fireplace" and everything else. The pantry is actually bigger than the photo shows, because the wood shelving was hiding another space that I opened up. But if you want to see the house as it was BEFORE we got our hands on it, I'll put the link for the OLD Zillow listing in the comments. WE DO NOT HAVE A PRICE SET YET, as we have not yet spoken with a realtor. When the house is going on the market, I will do a full video tour of the entire house and property for all to see :)
