Old rotten wooden conservatory took down, kept the concrete base, put in a drain channel up to the house, 150mm below DPC to let the air bricks breathe and to stop any run off rain hitting the brickwork. Just need to brush some paving sand in the gaps when its dry and done 👍

Patio door was put in a few months ago, removed window and brickwork.

Also put a new roof on the outhouse.

Damp issue sorted out. Front edge of drive was to high, so removed edging pavers. Dug down to foundations, re pointed the bay window brickwork. Then let it dry out, Put in a french drain, concrete slope off the drive into the drain (not on the photo’s) and nicely finished with gravel. Keeping the rain water away from the house, and into the ACO drains down the side.
