The facade restoration by our firm and construction by Henderson Construction was completed in 2023. Ponder's Ice Cream was one of the last buildings on Poinsett Street in the historic district of Greer to be restored.

Under construction...Maverick Yards townhomes! The three-bedroom townhomes are being built in the City of Mauldin. The forty townhomes are adjacent to the Maverick Yards project which will include pickleball courts, food concepts, outdoor seating, a stage, firepits, and a beer garden. Our firm look forward to seeing the exciting transformation of downtown Mauldin.

Congratulations to our Client, Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands on the opening of their new Gaffney retail store on April 10th. Langley & Associates Architects, LLC, designed the interior and exterior renovations of the 13,500 SF space. This new location at 1320 W. Floyd Baker Boulevard offers an improved shopping experience for customers while helping the community through the expanded Job Connection program.
