As a family owned and operated paving business we are searching for solid people. Our business is rapidly growing and we need to add people to our team in order to complete all of the commercial and residential projects throughout the Portland Metro area and Vancouver.

Requirements
Certificates: NONE
Drivers License: Must have reliable transportation to and from office. We provide transportation

Physical Demands
Requires standing up for long periods of time as well as repetitive movement, bending or twisting, kneeling, crouching, stooping or crawling as well as shoveling, raking, operating a wheelbarrow. The ability to stand and walk, lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds regularly in also required.

Work Environment
We work outside and sometimes it can be extremely bright and hot temperatures. The position also includes exposure to sounds and noise levels that can be uncomfortable. Safety is our highest priority and we demand that every staff member follow our Safety Rules.

Compensation
This is an hourly position with a beginning rate of pay of $12-$14 per hour DOE. Compensation rates are reviewed by management on a frequent basis; individuals who consistently met or exceed performance expectations will be eligible for pay increases. Many of our jobs are prevailing wage and include higher hourly rates.

Paid Medical Benefits and 401K are available following a 90-day probationary period

ENTRY LEVEL CONSTRUCTION LABORERS

Requirements:

Certificates: NONE

Drivers License: NONE but considered a PLUS

On time and Dependable

Ability to get to the Office in Gresham On Time for your shift

Physical Demands:
Requires standing up for long periods of time as well as repetitive movement, bending or twisting, kneeling, crouching, stooping or crawling as well as shoveling, raking, operating a wheelbarrow. The ability to stand and walk, lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds regularly in also required.

Schedule:
Hours will vary 30-40 per week depending on performance and work availability. Some Saturdays may be included.
