We are selling our scissor lift, it’s a 2009 Genie 2632 with 455 hours. We bought it from United Rentals in 2014 and have never had any issues with it, other than needing new batteries, which were replaced in August of 2021. We are asking $5,000.00 but willing to accept offers. Please feel free to share if you know anyone that might be interested.

On this day 10 years ago, we took a huge leap and opened Rogers Painting. The past 10 years have been the most exciting and rewarding, as well as stressful years of our life. We’ve had beloved employees leave to pursue their dreams and our last and longest employee, Sam, has decided to do so as well. His parting has pushed us into the decision we’ve known we needed to do for at least a year. In August, we will be winding down and by the end of the summer/beginning of fall, we will officially close. Thankfully we have a full schedule to get us through at least September and are no longer taking requests for bids. Thanks to everyone that supported us the past 10 years, especially our families and friends. This would have never been possible with you!

Lots of chatter about Mother's moving. We have been excited to be a part of the new location and can't wait for Lisa to be able to show off her restaurant! I will post pictures after we finish, which is hopefully by Wednesday.

Another one of the projects we are finishing up for R&H Construction. We stained all the wood, painted the open to structure ceilings black, and painted all the back of house areas (not pictured). I wish I had before pictures!

Finishing up a two month project at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Here are a few comparison photos of a little of the work we have done. We stripped the interior columns and exterior beams and refinished with a clear sealer, repainted all the concession stands, panel walls, and the entry doors and surrounds for the restrooms and arena.

Maletis Beverage renovation we completed for R&H Construction in the DJC!

Maletis Beverage, a distributor of beer, cider, wine and soft drinks, has renovated its Swan Island office space and added a refrigerated building with capacity for several thousand kegs.
