Well this one was a challenge but we got it done!
Complete tear out of tile, plaster walls and concrete floor under the tile to find brick interior walls that are not in great shape and less then 12” crawl space that’s not accessible from under the house😡

Anyways eventually we had a complete updated bathroom again.
