🚧 Basement rescue mission success! 🛠️

Our client faced some major flooding last summer, and we uncovered the sneaky culprit: a hidden drain duct-taped over and definitely not up to standard. 😅

Big shout-out to our plumbing partner,
Pakman Plumbing for capping it off professionally and helping us get everything back on track.

After re-leveling and sealing the floor, we laid down fresh laminate and added brand new trim, giving this basement a whole new life. ✨🏠
