It’s all about the preparation. LVP floorings typical tolerances of 3/16 inch over a 10-foot span or 1/8 inch over a 6-foot span. Here we ground down high spots with our dust containment system, filled all of the existing cracks and applied two coats of a moisture barrier followed by a primer and then a layer of our self leveling for 2500 square feet of perfectly flat floor that’s ready for hardwood or LVP.

Worked with a great contractor on this remodel who had torn out the tile that had been next to the hardwood and had it ready for us to work our magic. We laced in new hickory for a seamless transition from old to new, sanded everything down and used our UV finish system for the natural look the customer wanted and allowed the contractor to get right back on the floor for the projects finishing touches.

Another floor saved this week. Repaired a previous plywood patch, removed some toe stubbing transitions between bedrooms and hallway. Tied it all together, finished and cured with our UV curing system for a stronger more durable floor that is ready for full use and furniture right away, no waiting days for it to fully cure.
