Small floors need love too, this is a hickory floor we recently refinished and stained with Loba walnut. Better than new.

It’s all about the preparation. LVP floorings typical tolerances of 3/16 inch over a 10-foot span or 1/8 inch over a 6-foot span. Here we ground down high spots with our dust containment system, filled all of the existing cracks and applied two coats of a moisture barrier followed by a primer and then a layer of our self leveling for 2500 square feet of perfectly flat floor that’s ready for hardwood or LVP.

Worked with a great contractor on this remodel who had torn out the tile that had been next to the hardwood and had it ready for us to work our magic. We laced in new hickory for a seamless transition from old to new, sanded everything down and used our UV finish system for the natural look the customer wanted and allowed the contractor to get right back on the floor for the projects finishing touches.

From final coat to fully cured in a day. This was a remodel /addition project where we installed these new northern white oak floors a few months ago prior to kitchen being completed. We returned this week to sand and finish them to perfection with our ceramic UV system for maximum protection.

Recently completed project where we removed and replaced the carpet with new hardwood, patched in wood flooring where walls had previously been then refinished all of the hardwood in the home for a perfectly consistent flow throughout the main level of this home.

We finished off this walkout basement with beautiful walnut floors and walnut treads and risers. Project included grinding and leveling cement, moisture mitigation, full glue down application, sanding with our dust containment system and applying our ceramic UV cured finish
