Built this 30x50 garage addition on to this beautiful farm house and finished it out with sheet rock and some in floor heat to make it the perfect climate for all of their needs.
Also wrapped the house and addition in a very nice Allign siding along with a brand new roof and some window replacements.

We had a great opportunity to help with the facelift of this historic building in down town Grinnell. Ground up framing of exterior walls, new windows & doors and finished by wrapping it in a nice Genstone product. Within the interior we were able to tackle all interior framing along with subfloor and Sheetrock (interior pics to come soon after reveal)

A simple two car garage build that we will wrap in a nice midnight blue siding to match the home.

Beautiful 2 story farm house that we will be giving a full roof replacement along with some windows and wrapping it up with the super nice/durable Align siding and last but not least a 30’x50’ addition!

Adding on a 40’x56’ post frame addition to a great friend of ours ‘shouse’. Going to be the perfect climate controlled space for his dogs when they aren’t busy working in the fields!
