Custom builder looking for experienced carpenter with own tools. Seeking person with great overall skills in rough carpentry, finish carpentry, siding, flooring, hanging cabinets, and setting appliances. Most of our work is located in the Downriver area, but some jobs in Monroe, Washtenaw, and Oakland County as customer's needs dictate. We are an established builder with over 32 years in operation doing both Commercial and higher-end Residential work. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs - load & unload materials, equipment & tools, and to carry out strenuous physical tasks that may require long periods of standing, crouching & walking.
