At the Grosse Pointe Garden Center, we believe gardens are more than beautiful spaces. They are living classrooms that teach us about the natural world, connect us to our environment, and inspire us to be better stewards of our communities.
Through educational programs, resources, and outreach, we encourage gardeners of all experience levels to create landscapes that support native plants, birds, butterflies, bees, and other pollinators. Every garden has the potential to contribute to a healthier ecosystem while providing beauty, enjoyment, and a sense of place.
The 34th Annual Garden Tour, “We The People…Garden,” is a celebration of that mission. Each featured garden reflects the creativity, care, and passion of its gardeners while demonstrating the many ways gardens enrich our lives. From providing habitat for wildlife to creating spaces for reflection, gathering, and connection, these gardens help shape how we experience our community.
As you explore this year’s tour, we hope you will not only enjoy the beauty on display, but also find inspiration in the ways gardens bring people together, foster learning, and create lasting joy for generations to come.
