Our bees in Dunstable are working hard. We pulled 3 supers from the 1st and third hives on June 15th. These are single brood chambers. There looks like 7 or 8 boxes (including 2 deeps) that will be coming off next week.

Local nucs with new marked queens.
I've got too many bees and need to sell some. The queens are ones I raised this year. There will be 3 frames with eggs and brood, one frame of pollen/nectar/honey and one new frame where they are building wax.
After this heat wave I will be testing for mites and treating (Apiguard) if needed.
If you want a treatment free colony, let me know.
The price includes a $5 deposit for the homemade box.

We moved the colony from the swarm trap to a full size hive today. It had been in the trap several weeks from the look of all the new wax and resources. We will do a good inspection on it in a few days after they settle in to their new home.
