From closed off dead garage space to a beautiful bedroom/office combo! Just a few cosmetic pieces left for us and the clients get to finish painting 🥰 This project was alot of work! We even did a few custom pieces like the built-in window bench with shelving and a custom upholstered headboard to fit the slanted walls. This week, we built a cozy guest room in our client's basement. The additional space will be used for when their loved ones come to visit and need a comfortable place to stay. We had a great time with this build and can't wait to see it warmed up with some decor 🍀

Total floor replacement including the subfloor. There was major water damage from this house sitting unwinterized for so many years. There was improper electrical behind the shower the last owners installed. And a leak in the shower drain. Pulling everything up and doing the repairs right saves the extra cost of having to completely redo this bathroom again a few years down the road. This is definitely a big job for one day, but this is the main bathroom for this house so we are putting in the extra hours to get it done in one shot!
