This Galloway landlord decided to eliminate a leaking Skylight. She had her roofing company remove and seal the skylight from the outside . We filled the hole with insulation, added 2x4 pieces , hung drywall, finished and stomp texture matched the areas . We also did a tape repair in the bathroom. Thank you Bailey J .

Here's a project we did for a homeowner in Ashville . There was some pet damage left by previous owners. We cut out the damaged Drywall, our client sealed the studs with oil based primer . We then insulated the outer wall , hung new drywall , new corner bead , finished and sanded. Thank you Trista B.
