This is not a contract. This is information I need to put you on the schedule. It is difficult to remember 20+ yards weekly. If you don't want to fill it out that's fine. And if you don't like the price you agreed to that's also fine, I will stop maintaining the property you hired me to do, that's why I have these papers with the set price and your signature.
