As the youngest guy on the crew, Ben keeps things interesting… but when it’s time to work, he shows up and gets the job done every single day. Hard worker, good attitude, and never afraid to make the crew laugh!

Winter is prime time for potholes... here’s why asphalt struggles in the cold. ❄️

As I write this on her behalf, I know this post won't be as enjoyable as the ones she creates. To everyone in this field, I know this work isn't boring at all, and most of us have a drive or passion for it that lets us endure the elements of this profession.
