ABOUT THE KITCHEN

The commercial, commissary or shared kitchen is located in Central Florida just off Highway 50 in Groveland. With over 2,000 square feet, it is affordable and well-equipped for a start-up or growing food business. There is plenty of space and equipment to prepare, process and cook for events large and small.

The kitchen has a 10-burner stovetop, convection over, fryers, walk-in fridge and freeze, mixer, tons of prep tables and storage racks. As an added bonus, there is a small dining area that is great place to host tastings or review your menu with clients for events.

If you are interested in renting our kitchen, tell us a little bit more about your food business by clicking the INQUIRE button below and we'll be in touch shortly. Membership packages include hourly rates from $8-$15 per hour. One-time special event packages are also available.
