Removed an old 16 x 7 Garage Door that one of the neighbors kids ran a quad through the bottom panel. Installed a new CHI model #2250 non-insulated Garage Door with all new track and spring system. Also took down the old Craftsman opener and put up a new LiftMaster 3/4hp 7ft chain drive with the built in driveway camera. Thanks for the referral Joey & Kara. Before & after pics.

Quick repair done this evening after a small business closed and the parking lot was empty. Replaced a broken storm drain grate and parged up all the walls on this old catch basin that isn’t in the best shape. Did this to get the customer a few more years out of it before they need to replace it.

Took care of a few small jobs yesterday. Removed a rotten porch column & built a new column. Removed a older screen door that the window slide had stopped working. Installed a new storm door. Also cut up a old dog ramp coming off the back deck & hauled it away. Before & after pics.

Removed an old 16 x 7 Garage Door with an old extension spring system that was actually installed in a 16 x 6’9 opening. Had to add a little bit of framing work for the new spring and track system and then installed a new CHI model #2250 uninsulated raise panel 16 x 6’9 garage door. Before & after pics.

Removed an old 16 x 7 Garage Door and added some nice new curb appeal with this new CHI model #5916 carriage stamp polyurethane insulated in dark oak wood tone color with clear insulated glass. Pretty sweet door. Also added a hinge and handle set. Before & after pics.

Installed approximately 35ft of 6ft treated wood privacy fence with a double gate for the driveway and a passenger gate. Double gate has 6x6’s for support and suspension wheels for support. Customer was wanting to close in the front part of his yard to keep his dogs in. Before & after pics.
