Removed approximately 90ft of old 6ft wood privacy fence between two neighbors' backyards. They decided to split the cost, so we replaced 90ft with all new 6ft treated wood privacy fence, along with a new gate area. We redid the gate because the old one was sagging. We left the old poles set because they were actually in good shape and the concrete sidewalk was poured around them. That front part of the older fence was lower than the rest of the fence, so we had to taper it down to create a nice transition to the lower part. Before and after pics.

A customer recently contacted us regarding their fence, which had been partially damaged by a tree and wind storms 3hrs ago. We previously replaced a 40ft section, and now the customer has reached out again due to additional sections being blown down by wind storms. We removed the old 6ft wood privacy fence, cleared the fence line using the bobcat, and pushed back brush to create a clear path. We then replaced the fence with 6ft treated wood privacy fence in areas where the fence previously existed and added 80 to 100 feet of new fence on an adjacent lot owned by the customer to complete the enclosure along the alley. Total replacement was approximately 225ft of fence. Before & after pics.

Customer had a neighborhood kid who felt the need to drive through their investment property's garage. Kind of full circle on this job; I put this door up originally for another guy who was flipping this house about 5 or 6 years ago. I put a couple of support blocks in for the header and then tapconed a 2 x 6 on one jamb. Installed a new 16 x 7 CHI model 2250 uninsulated garage door. Before and after pics.

We resolved a customer's drainage issue stemming from ineffective water redirection away from their house through the downspout underground drainage system. Upon excavation and inspection, the existing system's inadequacies were revealed, including thin-walled pipes, multiple repair attempts, and significant root obstruction. The solution involved trenching about 120ft to lay new schedule 40 PVC pipes with glued fittings and integrating the sump pump to ensure a proper flow to the curb outlet. Given the near-level grade between the rear of the house and the curb, the new piping system was installed at the base, and topsoil was added on top to facilitate the necessary grade for effective water flow. Had a customer that was wanting to add some extra parking space & storage space beside his apron & pole barn. So we had 100 ton of #4 limestone delivered and put down fabric and got all the gravel spread out to create some extra space for him. Also added a little bit to the driveway to freshen up some potholes and edges from the construction driveway. Gonna have #57 limestone brought in prolly about a month and top everything.
