You have to fit in the small jobs when you can. Had a customer in Merion Village reach out to us about a handrail at one of their Investment properties. It was rotten and was not stable to grab to walk up the steps. I cut out the old handrail and rebuilt a new one out of treated Lumber. Before and after pics. Removed a old 10 x 7 Stanley Garage Door. I had to secure all the framing around the opening back to the block because the header had shifted. Got the header back in position where it needed to be and then re-secured all the framing. Installed a new CHI model #2250 uninsulated Garage Door. Removed approximately 75ft of old 6ft wood privacy fence and hauled it away. Installed all new 6ft treated wood privacy fence with one 3ft walk-through gate. Before and after pics.

Had a customer reach out to me and had concerns with their decking on their deck behind their house. The decking boards were starting to weather pretty bad along with a few rotten holes popping up in a few places. Tore off all the decking from the main platforms and the stairs, inspected all the framing and the framing was still pretty solid and tight. There were a few places, mainly in the stair areas that we resupported some of the framing. The customer decided to leave all the rest of the framing alone and all the handrails since they were all still pretty solid. We put down all new decking boards and screwed everything and the customer is gonna power-wash the hand railings and then reseal the deck. Before and after pics.

Removed approximately 65ft of old 6ft wood privacy fence. Installed all new treated wood 6ft privacy fence with one passenger gate at the back corner of the house. Before & after pics.

Broken garage door torsion spring replacement. Replaced springs, reset cables & spring tension.

Top panel of this Wayne Dalton garage door was damaged past repair when it was lowered down onto a trash can. Ordered a new panel for the customer and replaced the panel, reset cables & spring tension. Reattached existing opener & set limits. Before & after pics.

Removed an old 16 x 7 Garage Door that one of the neighbors kids ran a quad through the bottom panel. Installed a new CHI model #2250 non-insulated Garage Door with all new track and spring system. Also took down the old Craftsman opener and put up a new LiftMaster 3/4hp 7ft chain drive with the built in driveway camera. Thanks for the referral Joey & Kara. Before & after pics.

Removed some old 6ft wood section privacy fence panels between two neighbors backyards. Installed all new 6ft treated wood privacy fence with 1 new gate for the one neighbor. Before & after pics

Quick repair done this evening after a small business closed and the parking lot was empty. Replaced a broken storm drain grate and parged up all the walls on this old catch basin that isn’t in the best shape. Did this to get the customer a few more years out of it before they need to replace it.
