Huuuggeee pot of bone/veggie broth on the stove. I have one quart jar left in my pantry. I think it was February when I made my last batch 15 quarts. It got us thru the stomach issue Phil went thru and the cold/sinus allergy junk and all the favorite meals that call for broth. It’s so awesome to always have bone broth on hand. Doesn’t cost anything!! I use all my rotisserie chicken carcasses (3 this time) and all my veggies trimmings. Anytime I make salsa or salad or veg tray all the ends go in a bag in the freezer- for bone broth!! Grabbed some fresh thyme,oregano and basil from my garden -because they are fresh they will be mild and inconspicuous- wha-la. 24 hrs on low. Bone broth. The best. It’s not hard and it’s so worth it. If you don’t can. Freeze it in containers or ziplocks. (After it cools)
