AFTER and BEFORE ~Just finished up this secondary bathroom and “WOW” what a difference. I really needed to brighten up this space so I shortened a wall to expose a window and took out a dark hallway leading into the shower. Also removed the ugly soffits (never understood that trend). Then lightened up the room with paint, tile and lots of gorgeous marble. 💕💕💕

Dreamy bathroom renovation. My homeowner wanted a spa like feel to this secondary bathroom so I added marble all the way up to the 10’ ceiling. Along with elegant brushed brass fixtures and soft colors to complement space.

Love this little laundry room renovation! I had minimal s.f. to work with but needed to maximize the storage. I designed custom cabinetry so both walls can store everything my client needed including her rechargeable vacuum in the tall wardrobe cabinet. Together we brainstormed on ways to cover the water valves that were exposed above washer. I think the striped valance is perfect!! I also took out the large door and had French doors opening out so the whole wall is accessible. Now this small laundry room is so functional and fun!
