I had a minor emergency waterline repair a few days ago. It was easy enough, just had to remove some sheetrock for access. Once done, I put a fan on the area to dry it out before I replaced the sheetrock.

Another satisfied customer. This shed was so out of level, the doors would not close. The customer told me the wind blew so hard she thought the doors would rip right off. I blocked up the shed back to plumb and level. Now all doors close and latch.

This new hot water heater was an interesting job. I had to take a wall down, because the previous contractor didn't make the opening big enough to remove the water heater and install the other. The home owner asked if I can make the opening bigger. So I removed the wall, moved light switch and light and installed bifold door, and trim.
