Built a frame to act as an extra thermal layer in front of this door. The door does not function as a normal door ( it is ornamental and does not open or close). The frame was installed and sealed in place.
If ever you are cold in your home, move to a corner in any room. It should be close to 90 degrees there. 😉

I am sure some are board with another siding job post. I’ve had quite a few of these repairs this year, each presently different challenges. All involve some math and knowing the difference between a numerator and a denominator, which is a short line. Only a fraction of people will understand this. 😉
